Production Processes
Pattern Room
Patterns are created for products using the Gerber system and CLO® 3D, which allows the digital correction and modification of patterns on brands’ own size models.
Cutting
Özak Tekstil carries out its cutting operations using 8 Gerber cutters on its cutting line of 390 m in total in all its cutting rooms.
Sewing
Production operations are carried out with 24 sewing lines in 3 factories.
Washing
Sustainable, fast and high-quality washing operations are carried out in all factories, using state-of-the-art ozone generators, laser machines and automatic machines, in order to keep up with the rapidly-changing fashion trends and to meet the environmental needs of the denim washing industry.
Ironing & Packaging
Once all products are 100% controlled and packaged, their compliance with AQL 2.5 standards is tested by quality assurance experts independent of production, before the shipment. Then, the products are shipped to customers by industry-leading shipping companies.
