Özak Tekstil serves the world’s leading brands with a monthly production capacity of 650.000 units in 3 integrated factories using state-of-the-art machinery and sustainable production methods in Türkiye. It is one of the leading and most closely-watched Turkish denim exporters that manufactures a wide range of product lines.
Production Processes
Pattern Room
Patterns are created for products using the Gerber system and CLO® 3D, which allows the digital correction and modification of patterns on brands’ own size models.
Cutting
Özak Tekstil carries out its cutting operations using 8 Gerber cutters on its cutting line of 390 m in total in all its cutting rooms.
Sewing
Production operations are carried out with 24 sewing lines in 3 factories.
Washing
Sustainable, fast and high-quality washing operations are carried out in all factories, using state-of-the-art ozone generators, laser machines and automatic machines, in order to keep up with the rapidly-changing fashion trends and to meet the environmental needs of the denim washing industry.
Ironing & Packaging
Once all products are 100% controlled and packaged, their compliance with AQL 2.5 standards is tested by quality assurance experts independent of production, before the shipment. Then, the products are shipped to customers by industry-leading shipping companies.
Production Facilities
Production in Modern and Integrated Facilities
Istanbul Main Factory
Consisting of the management, P&D, R&D and production departments, the Istanbul Factory serves all its customers with its 700 employees, including 250 management staff members. Pattern, sewing, washing and packaging operations are integrated in this state-of-the-art factory.
Malatya Factory
Built in 2009, the factory serves all international brands with more than 1.000 employees, a monthly capacity of 180.000 units, an annual capacity of 2.4 million units and an indoor area of 22.000 sq. meters. All production processes, including pattern, cutting, sewing, washing, and ironing-packaging, are integrated in the factory, which has its own R&D department.
Şanlıurfa Factory
Built in 2013, the factory is a fully integrated facility with an indoor area of 23.000 sq. meters, a monthly production capacity of 280.000 units, an annual production capacity of 3.4 million units and 1.250 employees.

At Özak Tekstil, quality processes are managed with instant data on units collected from enterprises using the ERP infrastructure. It is aimed to shape the production with a total quality management approach, focusing on sustainable quality results before, during and after production. Özak Tekstil has its own brand-approved “Testing Laboratory” with the latest technologies for the testing and reporting of product quality during production.
